- Classes will resume September 8th 2020 to a limit of 6 students per class at this time so we can observe the 2 meter distancing regulations placed by the government.
- I also strongly suggest if you are sick and feeling unwell and/or showing any of the symptoms of COVID it be my recommendation to you all to stay home until you have fully recovered.
- I will have a hand sanitizing station in the entrance and you will be responsible to bring a mask and your own water bottle. After each session every thing will be cleaned and sanitized and ready for the next class.
- Continuing students who have previously attended that wish to continue there growth will be considered first before any new student and should contact me ASAP.

It is important to find the art that suits your needs and never-mind what others are doing. It is equally important to recognize that people train for different reasons and part of being a good martial artist is respecting that.
