Here at Burst Martial Arts we teach Chen Style. It is an Ideal fitness alternative for people burdened by poor cardiovascular function,high blood pressure and arthritis. T’ai Chi strengthens your immune system, fitness and stamina, while lowering Cholesterol. Practitioners of T’ai Chi boast an increase in self confidence,and lower stress levels. Weight loss, improved Mobility and Endurance are also a benefit. Individuals practicing T’ai Chi must concentrate on movement and put aside distracting thoughts to better focus on breathing and posture.
